Anyone can get an account opening form from website (Link: https://kunvarjiwealth.com/downloads ) or the same can be obtained by contacting the Customer Care department or branch or Authorised Person of the Company. The form will require to provide personal information, such as your name, contact details, Aadhar and PAN details, employment information, and financial information etc.

• PROVIDE MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION:

To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, it is required to provide certain documentation. This typically includes: ID Proof, Address Proof, Income Details, etc.

• SIGN THE AGREEMENTS AND DISCLOSURES:

Execute the mandatory and voluntary documents and provide the disclosures to Stock Broker. These documents outline the terms and conditions of your relationship with the broker, including account fees, trading rules, and the financial industry’s regulatory information.

• IN PERSON VERIFICATION:

Prospective client will be called for an in person verification along with the original documents at the office. After the verification, the application will be approved for opening the account with the Company.

• OPENING OF ACCOUNT:

Client will get a unique identification number for their newly opened account. The Client will get the confirmation of opening of account in their registered email or phone number.

b) Detailed write up on procedure for filing a complaint on designated email id/ Toll-free number along with Flowchart and video if any (optional). Provisions to be made for sharing Ticket Number once the complaint is lodged.

For filing a complaint to Kunvarji Finstock Pvt Ltd, following step by step procedure is to be followed by client:

1. GATHER NECESSARY INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION:

5. OBTAIN A TICKET NUMBER:

6. PRESERVE EVIDENCE OF COMPLAINT SUBMISSION:
