Director, Wealth Solutions

Nirali Shah holds a Master's degree in Electronics and possesses over 15 years of experience in finance and wealth management. Her expertise includes financial planning, advisory, and retirement planning. With a focus on client asset allocation based on investment goals, horizons, and risk appetite, she leads teams in acquiring and managing HNI clients, corporates, family offices, NRIs, and FPIs across various asset classes. Her in-depth knowledge encompasses current regulations and by-laws relevant to the wealth management industry.

Ravi Diyora

Director, Research Head

With 14 years of experience in Research, Financial Planning, and Fund Management, Ravi Diyora has a diverse background in domestic and international investments. He represents Kunvarji Group in media, sharing insights on financial market segments. His articles have been featured in national and regional print media. He has successfully conducted over 600 seminars and webinars on financial markets. Ravi holds a management degree and has completed a number of relevant courses in financial markets.

Navin Nair

Commodity & Currency Research

Navin embarked on his financial market journey under the mentorship of renowned strategist Mr. Mitesh Thakkar, and followed it up with Emkay Global. Thanks to the longstanding legacy of Kunvarji Group in commodities markets, Navin joined Kunvarji Wealth Solutions. Powered by his rich experience in commodities and currencies trading coupled with an in-depth understanding of broking and research, at Kunvarji Wealth, Navin heads research which caters to a diverse portfolio of retail and institutional clients invested in commodities and currencies trading.

Rupesh Sharma

Head, Operations

With over 15 years of experience, Rupesh Sharma specializes in Risk Management, Surveillance, Software Development, Product Development, and Operations. He specializes in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational excellence. He has successfully led product development initiatives from concept to market launch, thanks to his hands-on expertise in testing and maintaining robust applications. With a strong foundation in operations, he leads process optimization, resource management, and efficient outcomes, thus helping the organization tackle complex challenges across multiple domains.

Vishal Bhatt

GM, Information Technology

Vishal Bhatt is an IT industry veteran, having devoted over 25 years in Information Technology. After having worked for the UAE based companies like Etisalat, Al Bawardi Marine Services, MJB International and Masaood John Brown, he joined Kunvarji in 2007, and has been an instrumental IT enabler at Kunvarji since then. With industry relevant certifications like CCNA, CCNP, MCSE and others as his knowledge bank, he has a proficiency in setting up and managing data centers.

Manan Parikh

Head of Finance & Accounts

Manan Parikh is a qualified CA and CS with over 10 years of experience in Accounts and Audit, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Financial Control, and Strategic Planning for leading technology companies. He oversees the Finance and Operations at Kunvarji Wealth and also leads the logistics vertical. During his 8 years with Kunvarji, he has made significant contributions to the organization, leveraging his expertise in financial planning, compliance, organic growth, profitability, and tax matters.

Shilpa Agrawal

GM, Compliance & Accounts

With more than 15 years of experience in the stock broking sector, Ms. Shilpa Agrawal, Chartered Accountant, currently excels as the General Manager - Compliance and Accounts. Her leadership fosters meticulous regulatory adherence, drawing on her extensive expertise to ensure financial integrity and guides cross-functional success within the company. Her adeptness at fostering a culture of compliance and accountability has not only fortified the company's reputation but also contributed to its sustained growth and success.

CS Manoj Bhandari

Head – Compliance

CS Manoj Kumar Bhandari, a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Commerce Graduate, brings over two decades of experience to his role. At Kunvarji Wealth, he generates value through an adeptness that spans across Capital Market, Stock Exchange, Compliance, Inspection, Regulatory, and Company Secretarial domains. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bhandari held roles in esteemed organizations including Religare Commodities Pvt. Ltd., Arihant Capital Markets Ltd., Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange Ltd., and Indira Securities Pvt. Ltd.

Praveen Chaudhary

National Head

Praveen Bhaskar Chaudhary is the National Head of Business Development for our Wealth Solutions vertical. He comes with more than 20 years of diverse & multifaceted experience in the Financial Service sector and has worked with industry leaders like Religare & Geojit Financial Services. Praveen excels in Sales & Business Strategy, Policy formulation, Process designing, Operational Excellence & Client Servicing. Under his leadership, we aspire to scale new heights and position ourselves as the finest service providers in industry by offering holistic financial planning services to our customers.
